Domino's Pizza - No Contraceptive Coverage Required

Feds Can't Force Domino's Founder to Offer Contraceptives, Judge Says

"A judge on Thursday blocked the federal government from requiring the founder of Domino's Pizza to provide mandatory contraception coverage to his employees under the health care law.  U.S. District Judge Lawrence Zatkoff granted a preliminary injunction against enforcement of the contraception provision of the law against Tom Monaghan and Domino's Farms Corp., a management company located near Ann Arbor, Mich."

North Dakota Pro-Life Bill - YES!

North Dakota Passes Most Restrictive Abortion Bills In Nation

"North Dakota’s Senate passed a pair of anti-abortion measures Friday that are considered to be the most restrictive in the nation, including one that would prevent women from having an abortion based on a genetic defect.

"The measures now to go to Republican Gov. Jack Dalrymple who has indicated he will sign them.
The new state laws are even more strict than one finalized last week in Arkansas that would make the procedure illegal after 12 weeks of pregnancy. One North Dakota measure would prevent women from having abortions based on a genetic defect, like Down syndrome. The other would ban doctors from performing an abortion if a fetal heartbeat is detected -- as early as five or six weeks."

40 Miles Update - HE DID IT!

THANK YOU so very much to everyone who physically and spiritually was following Chris on this Feast of the Archangels in his 40 Miles For Life!

HE DID IT!

From 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Chris ran forty miles from the abortion clinic on Tollhouse Avenue in Frederick, to the Perpetual Adoration Chapel at St. Peter's in Libertytown, to the Grotto of Lourdes at MSM in Emmitsburg.  He made it throughout the day consuming only water and nutritional liquid supplements, without any solid food until he got home at 5:30 p.m.

WOW!!!

Along the way, people graciously called to update me with reports of, "He's healthy!" and "He looks fresh and great!", etc.  And our eldest son and I were privileged to be his crew at a midday stop in Creagerstown.

THANK YOU to every single one of you!  We never could have done it without your gracious and generous support!  All in the quest to end abortion through prayer and fasting!  May God bless you and all our efforts for LIFE in the same measure as you have so kindly given of your time and talents today.

30 Miles Update

Our eldest son and I were privileged to be Chris's crew for his 30 mile break!  Chris is sailing along at a smooth pace and said the toughest miles were behind him.  He's looking forward now to seeing the statue of Our Lady on the mountain up at Mt. St. Mary's soon!

20 Miles Update

Our 20 mile crew just called to update us that Chris is doing well!  He stopped in the parking lot of the Calvary Assembly of God Church in Walkersville and is not even winded.  The first 20 miles have gone smoothly, and he's already off and running to his next stop.

Our "10 Mile" crew just updated us with a report on Chris.  He's looking perfectly fresh and is headed for a quick stop in the Adoration Chapel at St. Peter's in Libertytown.

Today's the day!  It's still pitch dark out, and we just waved Chris off for his epic "40 Miles For Life" run.  On this Feast of the Archangels, he'll begin after praying outside the abortion clinic on Tollhouse Avenue in Frederick, MD.
